While we do not like to recommend one over another, we encourage you to shop around, get estimates, and see who you would approve. These vendors have earned our trust and respect for the job they do. They do not pay anything for us to promote them, and we do not accept anything for this promotion. It is simply our personal opinion. Therefore, we do not accept any liability for any work performed. We should not have to do so.

Home Inspectors, Exterminators/Pest Control/Termite Letters, Insurance Agents, & Lenders

Home Inspectors:

It is always our recommendation that you seek out a professional, certified home inspector. Look for certification from ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) or CHI (Certified Home Inspectors). If you are a buyer, you need to satisfy yourself that the home you are purchasing is sound. If you are a seller, a good, quality home inspection can alert you to situations that could come up later in the sale that would adversely effect your position. Also, having a home inspection readily available for view by potential buyers can alleviate their concerns.

Exterminators and Pest Control:

It is now the responsibility of the buyer to assure the security of your home from termites and other pests. These exterminating professionals are available to provide your with quick and accurate termite inspections and termite letters to ease your mind.
